DIVISIONS: M/F 9yrs and under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-17, 18- 20, 21-25,26-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 6069, 70 and older.
COURSES: Certified 10K & 5K out-and-back over slightly rolling terrain through the residential streets of San Carlos. Official results by Its About Time Race Management.
AWARDS: Prizes for Overall 5 & 10K winners as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals in all divisions, plus Goodie Bags and discount to the Rotary Pancake Breakfast on race day.

I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this competition, my physical condition verified by a licensed M.D during the last 6 months.
